Guild Names
Guild ID's are stored in the database to differentiate between the other data and is used to store the data.
Channel ID's are used for features like audit logging, auto moderation, suggestion system etc, this data is needed so the channels you set are saved and functional.
User ID's are stored for the leveling system, we save this data so Revinal can save and track your current level or ranking in your current guild. This data is not saved as long as you do not enable the xp system.
Guild Names are stored in the database for the ease of changing data manually easier and it is not used for anything else other than that.
All this information is stored in a secure database and is needed for different reasons, your data is not shared to any third parties.

If you want your data to be removed join the Revinal Support Server on discord and create a support ticket within the #Support channel. Please provide your guilds ID inside the ticket and your data will be removed as soon as possible.
